Cooler Weather

We have been enjoying the cooler weather so much around here!!! One of the first things we always do when it cools down is go hang out @ Grandpa Clark's pond. Kelsey and I got engaged out here, so it is always a special place for us! We are so excited to share it with our children!!

Dallas Trip

A week ago we headed down with Kelsey's family to go see his Uncle Mike and Aunt Rachel down in Dallas. It was really fun to get away for a while! You can tell from the pics that we were with Christy! Her pictures are 100 times better than mine would be!
Of course, one of the main reasons Kelsey and I went was because we were hoping to find some furniture for our new house @ IKEA. This is the before picture, and I don't have one of the after, but I would be frowning... everything we wanted was out of stock!!!


oh well, it was still a fun experience, and we came back with some fun stuff for Ella's playroom
We also went to DFW airport and watched the plane landing and taking off. Ella LOVES airplanes, and always points them out in the sky, so this was fun, hot but fun!

we went to a park the last day, and Ella went down the slides like a million times! It was really good for wearing her out for the long trip home!

Bloggy Break

Hey everyone! We are still here! I haven't blogged in like a month, because I just got burned out on it!! We have still been doing lots of fun stuff, but I'm terrible @ taking pictures, and haven't had the time to sit down and write it out! Hopefully the month of September will be better!! Way Late Pics of the 4th

We spent the 4th of July weekend up in Kansas City with some of Kelsey's family! It was super fun, and Ella did so good sleeping in a hotel and staying up late to watch the fireworks. She was running all over the place, and then the fireworks started, and she sat perfectly still until they were over! I need fireworks in our house=)

We watched the fireworks @ the Great Mall in Olathe! It was awesome, they gave Ella a little flag to wave and a beachball!
